Not at all. We actually encourage clients to use other systems to get customers in the door. But we also encourage them to market their own brand, rather one of these other systems just giving them % of their sales. The more you brand your own business and convert to sell direct, the more you save.
No. You don't need to change anything from your existing way of doing business. While we do offer optional credit card processing its not required unless you would rather have the orders come in prepaid, otherwise you simply collect payment when the customer picks up the order / pays upon delivery / you call to confirm order and take credit card over the phone.
You or your staff can make menu changes anytime through the easy to use administration tool. If you would rather be hands-off and let us assist you make changes to the menu we can assist you with your updates.
Not a problem. If you already have a site, we can provide you code or a link to point to the menu. If you don't have a site, we can help create a mobile optimized page for you and is included on one of our premium plans - you would just need a domain name which we can also assist with if you need help obtaining.
